Reducing meat consumption reduces risk of cardiovascular disease

Red meat consumption has long been associated with an increased risk of diseases such as heart attack and stroke. According to the doctor, meat, especially red meat and processed meat, is associated with an increased risk of many health problems, including heart attack and stroke.
