Best before date: 05/2020
Batch no .: 500g: L NBEN and 1000g: L ABEN
According to the information, Salmonella was detected in a routine check in this batch.
Triggers gastrointestinal disorders
Salmonella are bacteria that can trigger sometimes severe gastric / intestinal diseases (salmonellosis).
Such diseases manifest themselves within a few days after infection with diarrhea, abdominal pain and occasionally vomiting and mild fever.
"Therefore, the affected articles should not be consumed with the stated best-before date," the company writes.
According to the information, the product concerned has already been taken out of sale. Customers can return the product in their real market and the purchase price will be refunded. (ad)
